goyo works (고요웍스), a sole proprietorship, processes the following information to provide the game, restore progress, handle rewards and answer support requests.

1. Information and purposes

Guest and game data: a randomly assigned user ID, nickname, selected profile, level progress, cell marks, completed puzzles, items, rewards, rankings and settings. We use these to continue and sync play, calculate rankings and prevent duplicate rewards.
Optional account linking: Apple or Google account identifiers and email addresses are used to sign in and restore progress. If the provider also supplies a name or profile image URL, the authentication service may store it. Apple's Hide My Email may provide a relay address. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
Ads: Google AdMob may process IP addresses and the approximate location inferred from them, device and advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app activity, performance and error data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and reward handling. We request non-personalized ads and apply teen age treatment and general-audience ad content limits. We do not collect birthdays to apply these settings. Our reward service stores transaction or request identifiers, game user IDs, reward types and grant times.
Support: your email, message and any screenshots or device details you choose to send are used to investigate and reply.
Service access: our hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request times and technical access logs to operate and secure the service.

2. Device storage and syncing

Moves are first stored on your device. Progress is synced when needed, such as when moving to another puzzle, putting the app in the background or managing an account. Sign-in information is kept in secure device storage. You control any progress files you export or share; exports do not contain secret sign-in tokens.

3. Providers and processing locations

Supabase: authentication, game progress and rankings. The game database uses the Seoul, South Korea region. Some authentication, operational services and subprocessors may handle information in other countries. Supabase privacy information.
Apple and Google: optional sign-in providers. Their notices apply during account linking. Apple privacy · Google privacy.
Google AdMob: ads and consent management. Google and its ad partners operate servers in multiple countries. Use of information from partner apps · SDK data disclosures.
Cloudflare Pages and GitHub Pages: host the support site and its legacy address and may log visitor IP addresses for security. This site has no separate advertising or visitor analytics code. Cloudflare privacy information · GitHub privacy information.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account-linked game data while you use the service. When account deletion completes, the linked records are removed from the active game database. Local data is removed through the app's deletion/reset actions or by removing the app. Support messages are deleted when the request is resolved, unless needed for further support you request.

Provider security logs and backups may remain under their respective retention policies. Information legally required to be retained is kept for that purpose and period. If a connection error prevents us from confirming deletion, the app does not claim deletion is complete and offers a way to check again or contact support.

5. Your choices and requests

Account linking is optional. You can use available privacy choices in the game's settings and your device's advertising or tracking settings. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. We ask only for information needed to verify the request, never your password or verification code.

6. Public rankings

If you take part in rankings, other players may see your nickname, profile, score or record. Rankings do not show your email or secret sign-in information. Do not put personal information, such as a phone number, in a nickname.

7. Age audience

Wingdoku is intended for teenagers aged 13 and over and adults, and is not directed primarily at children under 13. Follow any parental-consent requirements that apply where you live. A parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information can contact us below.

8. Updates and contact

If our processing changes, we update this page's date and content and provide notices in the app where needed.
