Do not send passwords, verification codes or sign-in tokens. Hide personal information in screenshots before sending them.

Start as a guest. Before changing devices, link Apple or Google in Settings → Progress & account.
Use the same linked account on another device to restore synced progress. Check the save status before removing the app.
Exported files are personal copies. Use your linked account to restore online progress.
You can continue an already started puzzle offline. New puzzles need an internet connection. Pending moves and item refills are kept on the device and sent when you reconnect.
Keep all your devices on the latest app version when using new puzzle or item rules.

Unused radar, hint and scanner items carry over to the next puzzle and restarts.
When an item reaches zero, finish a rewarded video to refill three of that item. An unavailable ad also refills three; closing early gives no reward.
At zero lives, completing a rewarded ad or an unavailable ad restores three lives and continues the same puzzle.
The same refill is not granted again when a saved request is resent.

Use Settings → Progress & account → Delete account and progress. If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email.
