Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions for using Wingdoku and its related services, provided by goyo works (고요웍스), a sole proprietorship. The terms of the store where you obtained the app and separately stated software licenses also apply.
1. Playing Wingdoku
Wingdoku is a logic puzzle about finding hidden ships using color and position clues. It is intended for teenagers aged 13 and over and adults, and is not directed primarily at children under 13. If your local law requires a parent or guardian's consent, you must meet that requirement.
2. Free access and ads
The app is currently free, with no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. It includes banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. Ad availability depends on your connection, device, consent choices and the ad service. The reward conditions shown in the app apply.
3. Accounts and progress
You can start as a guest and optionally link Apple or Google. To continue on another device, use the same linked account. Starting a new puzzle and syncing to the server require an internet connection. Unsent progress may not appear on another device immediately. Check the sync status before changing devices and keep a copy of your progress if needed.
4. Items and rankings
Items, lives, energy and profile decorations are data used inside the game. There is no feature to exchange them for money or real-world goods. Rankings and rewards follow the rules explained in the app. We may correct records caused by an error or manipulation after checking them, distinguishing valid progress from erroneous records.
5. Fair use
Do not use someone else's account, access the service without authorization, interfere with its operation, or manipulate progress or rewards through automation, tampering or false requests. Do not put another person's personal information, impersonation, unlawful, hateful, harassing or rights-infringing content in a nickname. Report problems using the email below. We may limit content or access to the extent needed to address a confirmed violation, and provide a reason and a way to contact us where possible.
6. Changes and interruptions
Features may change or be interrupted for fixes, maintenance, security or third-party service outages. We will communicate important changes through the app or support site as appropriate. We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or identical behavior on every device.
7. Content rights
The app's software, artwork, music and other content are subject to the rights of goyo works or their respective rights holders. Separately identified open-source material follows its own license. These terms do not transfer ownership of app content to you.
8. Leaving the service and privacy
You can delete your account and associated progress in Settings. If you cannot use the app, follow the account deletion instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, retained and deleted.
9. Updates and your rights
When these terms change, we update this page's effective date and version and provide any notice or consent process required by law. These terms do not limit consumer rights protected by mandatory laws in your place of residence.
